F\u00f6r att vi skall f\u00f6rbli motiverade kr\u00e4vs det att v\u00e5rt arbete st\u00e4ller h\u00f6ga, men inte orimliga krav. I v\u00e5rt arbete skall vi f\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda v\u00e5ra verkliga styrkor och inte tvingas anv\u00e4nda energi f\u00f6r att g\u00f6mma eller eliminera v\u00e5ra svagheter.<\/p>\n<p>I unders\u00f6kningar om arbetstrivsel framkommer det att \u00f6ppenhet och samarbete \u00e4r nyckelord d\u00e5 det g\u00e4ller sporra m\u00e4nniskors kreativitet och motivation. En anst\u00e4lld skall ha en klar bild av f\u00f6retagets m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningar och hur man tror att de skall n\u00e5s. Varje anst\u00e4lld m\u00e5ste kunna gestalta sin egen roll i detta pussel. Teamarbete som betonar den enskilda individens styrkor st\u00e4rker samh\u00f6righeten och g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r verkliga innovationer att f\u00f6das.<\/p>\n<p>En positiv f\u00f6retagskultur som v\u00e4rdes\u00e4tter \u00a0kollektiva framg\u00e5ngar \u00e4r ofta viktigare \u00e4n pomp\u00f6sa strategideklarationer. Finska f\u00f6retag har inte r\u00e5d att forts\u00e4tta p\u00e5 en linje som fokuserar p\u00e5 individer och personkulter.
