S\u00e5 kan vi minska antalet barn som inte hittar en v\u00e4g vidare efter 9:e klass.<\/li>\n<li>Universitetens finansiering m\u00e5ste tryggas, l\u00e5ngsiktigt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Som far\u00a0till fem barn tycker jag mig ha\u00a0en god insikt i hur v\u00e5rt utbildingssystem fungerar i praktiken. Och jag kan uppriktigt s\u00e4ga, att jag \u00e4r extremt tacksam f\u00f6r den insats daghemmens och skolornas pedagoger gjort f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra barn. V\u00e5ra barn har f\u00e5tt uppmuntrande v\u00e4gledning och trivts p\u00e5 skolstigen.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4rarens arbete har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats kraftigt under det senaste \u00e5rtiondet: barnen \u00e4r ofta t.ex. mer bevandrade \u00e4n sina l\u00e4rare n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att hitta information eller r\u00f6ra sig i de nya medierna.L\u00e4rarnas pedagogiska roll betonas mer och mer hela tiden. Det kr\u00e4vs tid f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra sig k\u00e4llkritik eller sociala f\u00e4rdigheter. F\u00f6r att kunna f\u00f6rmedla detta m\u00e5ste det erbjudas en m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r l\u00e4rare och elever att kommunicera sinsemellan, allt kan inte l\u00e4ras ut i grupp.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att klasserna inte \u00e4r f\u00f6r stora.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Vi har i flera \u00e5r nu f\u00e5tt sola oss i v\u00e4rmen av goda resultat i Pisa-unders\u00f6kningarna. Det \u00e4r uppenbart att v\u00e5ra barn klarar sig bra d\u00e5 man m\u00e4ter faktakunskaper och tekniska f\u00e4rdigheter &#8211; f\u00e4rdigheter som v\u00e5r skola av tradition har betonat. Utan att f\u00f6rringa detta \u00e4r jag \u00f6vertygad om att vi i framtiden m\u00e5ste rikta st\u00f6rre uppm\u00e4rksamhet p\u00e5 barn och ungas sociala f\u00e4rdigheter, f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt, kritiskt t\u00e4nkande, och p\u00e5 att st\u00e4rka deras sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende.<\/p>\n<p>Finland \u00e4r bland de 10 fr\u00e4msta l\u00e4nderna i v\u00e4rlden d\u00e5 man betraktar antalet patentans\u00f6kningar per capita. N\u00e4r vi sedan skall f\u00e5 ut innovationerna p\u00e5 marknaden f\u00e5r vi se oss bli omk\u00f6rda av andra europeiska l\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Jag \u00e4r \u00f6vertygad om att vi inte kommer att klara oss i den framtida konkurrensen om vi inte reformerar v\u00e5rt utbildningssystem.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Globaliseringen och digitaliseringen kr\u00e4ver nya f\u00e4rdigheter &#8211; det kr\u00e4vs att vi bygger sociala n\u00e4tverk, att vi f\u00f6rh\u00e5ller oss kritiskt till k\u00e4llor, att vi kan t\u00e4nka tv\u00e4rvetenskapligt och att vi kan till\u00e4mpa det vi l\u00e4r oss.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi b\u00f6r \u00e5terinf\u00f6ra den subjektiva r\u00e4tten till dagv\u00e5rd.
